Smart1 Management Solutions LLC provide program management and data analytics support to the Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) Office of Planning and Analytics (OPA) Associate Administrator (AA) in establishing the OPA as the cross functional lead to PHMSA headquarters and field personnel, modal administrations, and industry partners.
